Return Policy

35-Day Return Policy

J.Guillem provides a full refund or exchange (plus or minus any difference in price) on any J.Guillem bike, clothing (including wrong sizes/colours) part or accessory if, for any reason, you're not fully satisfied within 35 days of purchase, excluding original shipping costs.

Credit card refunds may take up to 10 working days to process, and original delivery/return costs are non-refundable unless goods are faulty.

Non-Faulty Returns & Exchanges

Initial steps:

  • Contact customerservice@jguillem.com or +31 (0)186 685941
  • Explain reason for return and request refund or exchange
  • Receive return number and address
  • Return within 35 days (including delivery time back)
  • Include original receipt copy and return address

Condition requirements:

  • Bicycles must be unridden, in showroom condition, in its original packaging together with the original receipt
  • Frame-only parts must remain unused and unfitted to any bike part
  • Garments must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with their original labels intact
  • Buyer covers return shipping costs and must use insured postage

Faulty or Incorrectly Supplied Goods

When items arrive damaged or wrong, J.Guillem arranges free collection and covers return shipping. After inspection by Quality Controllers, faulty items receive full refunds including original shipping costs.
